Cover Her Ministry respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you share with us
We only collect information you choose to give us.
Joining our community. Our membership form (provided by Jotform) asks for details such as your name and contact information, so our welcome team can reach out to you.
Prayer requests. Your request, and your name and email if you include them, are sent to our prayer team by email. You choose whether your request stays with the prayer team only or may be shared with the community.
Testimonies. When you share a testimony, we receive your name, email, story and any links you add. Our team reviews it, and it is published only with your permission, with your name shown the way you chose (for example, first name and last initial, or anonymous). Your email is never shown.
Questions. If you send us a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email and message, and use them only to reply to you.
Counseling and giving. Counseling sessions are booked through Calendly, and gifts are sent through Cash App or Apple Pay. Those services handle your booking and payment details under their own privacy policies. We never receive your card or bank details through this website.
How we use your information
We use what you share only to serve you and our community: to welcome you, pray with you, respond to you, share testimonies you have allowed us to share, and send ministry updates if you asked to receive them. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who can see it
Your information is seen only by the Cover Her Ministry team members who need it to care for you. We also rely on trusted services to run this website and our communications, including our website host, Cloudflare (which protects and speeds up the site), Google (email), Jotform, Calendly, Zoom and WhatsApp. They handle information only as needed to provide their service.
Videos, posts and links to other sites
Some pages show videos from YouTube and posts from Instagram, and link to Zoom, WhatsApp and our social media. When you play or open them, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and visit statistics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A few cookies may be used to keep the site secure and working properly, and by the services above when you use them. We may see anonymous visit statistics, such as page views, that do not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it for. Published testimonies stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have shared, to remove your testimony, or to stop receiving ministry updates. Just contact us and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
